Cultic structure sealed under it.

Accommodation

Accommodation

We will stay at the Notre Dame de Sion Guesthouse located in Ein Kerem, situated approximately 10 km west of Jerusalem. It is a convenient 10-minute drive to the site of Tel Moẓa, 20 minutes from Jerusalem, and 45 minutes from Tel Aviv.

The Notre Dame de Sion Guesthouse is nestled in the serenity of the Judean Hills and surrounded by gorgeous gardens, beautiful walking paths and historic buildings.

 

Rooms are shared between three to four people, and include an ensuite bathroom. Rooms are airconditioned for your comfort! There is a communal coffee room and coffee/tea will be provided for our expedition participants. Wi-fi is available in all rooms and the guesthouse has private parking.

 

​Getting to and from the Hotel 

Transportation to and from the hotel, to the site and for tours will be provided by the expedition. Additional details on the transport schedule will be provided closer to the season.

 

Payment Information
 

Fee Per Person: $3050 USD
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or cheque.

 

Price Includes:

 

Cost includes participation in the dig, air-conditioned ensuite rooms with daily cleaning and towel change; full board; transportation to the site and back on working days and transportation to tours; academic lectures and classes; and your own Tel Moza t-shirt!

Price Does Not Include: Flights to and from Israel, and private health insurance.

Volunteer Opportunities

There is an option for those who live locally to volunteer at Tel Moza on a day-to-day basis (minimum 5 consecutive days).
